The Mutual Match Mentor-Protégé Program is one of ICMCP flagship program that seeks to create lasting and mutually rewarding professional networking and learning opportunities for cybersecurity practitioners acting as mentors or protégés.

ICMCP Mentors: Experienced and Successful Cybersecurity Leaders who want to:

  • Mentor Minority Cybersecurity Practitioners on professional growth and career development

  • Share professional and life experiences to help other Minority Cybersecurity Practitioners

  • Develop new relationships

  • Experience dynamic personal growth through interactions with others

Qualifications  

  • The most important qualification criteria is the ability and willingness to help others

  • Must be Director or above or a Program Manager or have significant experience as a coach/mentor or experience owning or running a business

  • Must be able to challenge protégés to seek out opportunities that build leadership skills and increase visibility

  • Membership is highly Recommended



ICMCP Protégés: Minority Cybersecurity Practitioners who want to:

  • Gain insight from experienced mentors on professional growth and career development

  • Develop new relationships

  • Experience dynamic personal growth through interactions with different mentors

Qualifications  

  • Membership is Required

  • Must be committed to remain in the program for 4 months
